“I understand how difficult it is to add running into our busy lives. It takes commitment and perseverance. To get the most out of running, whether to be competitive or just to be healthy, can require some guidance. It is easy to make mistakes. Trust me, I have made an awful lot of them. But I learn from my mistakes. I can help lay out the path that gets you to your goal, safely and realistically.”
Jeremy will discuss your goals and any obstacles in the way of you reaching them. He will push you when you need it, but more importantly, hold you back when there is a chance of jeopardizing those goals. www.runningdad.com
